This is a part time position of one to three shifts a week. Sales associate responsibilities include: • Create lasting customer relationships through exceptional customer service. • Cashiering • Purchase second hand MTG / TCG cards • Promote and run organized play, events and store services • Opening and closing duties • Contribute to building a gaming community and culture at the store
Assistant Store Manager (Champlin & Eden Prairie)
ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER – Full-time position supporting the Store Managers. Responsibilities include: • Setting customer service standards • Holding sales associates accountable for performance standards • Training and retraining of sales associates • Daily social media interaction and promotion • Foster community through in-store events, tournaments, and organized play • Event promotion • Execute daily tasks and create daily task assignments • Management of in-store food and drink inventory including placing orders through Sam’s Club and picking those orders up (transportation required)
Warehouse Associate
WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – Generally a full-time position of five shifts a week (40 hours.) Position is located at our Offices and Fulfillment Center in St Louis Park. Responsibilities include: • Filling, checking and packaging e-commerce orders • Alphabetizing and sorting MTG stock • Shelving / putting away MTG stock in proper order • Constructing bulk assortments for sale • Processing incoming and outgoing shipments (mainly store merchandise) • Day to day cleaning and maintenance • Must have well rounded MTG knowledge • Must have availability of 8 am to 4 pm weekdays
Store Manager (Eden Prairie)
Our Store Managers oversee every aspect of the store operations. Responsibilities include • Establish, maintain, train and enforce customer service standards • Responsible for all activity in the store • Ensure accurate inventory numbers and levels • Hold employees accountable to performance standards • Organize, assign and account for weekly duties and daily tasks for managers and employees • Foster community through in-store events, tournaments, and organized play • Event promotion • Maintain a clean and organized appearance to the store • Ensure the store operates under established policies and procedures • Maximize sales opportunities • Weekly manager meetings and product pickup at our fulfilment center (transportation required)
